The location was great — slightly outside the busiest part of the old town, which made it quieter while still being very convenient. It was also really nice having the fruit juice shop downstairs, and the lady there was lovely and very welcoming. The apartment itself was bright and pleasant overall.

The apartment could use a bit more care and some renovations. A number of basic things were missing, such as hand towels, basic kitchen condiments, and even some essential cutlery. The curtains were ripped and did not block the light properly, so it was difficult to sleep past early morning. One disappointing point was that the listing mentioned a washing machine, but there was none available, and when I asked about it I was told it was not possible to use one.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und alles super zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft wirkt nicht wie auf den Fotos. Es ist sehr schmuddelig und dreckig insbesondere das Badezimmer. Die Fugen waren komplett verschimmelt alles extrem verkalkt und als wir ankamen lag eine Pfütze Wasser auf dem Boden, sodass wir kaum eintreten konnten ins Bad. Das Schlafzimmer war un Ordnung aber auch die Bettwäsche hatte flecken. Das Wohnzimmer/ Küche war ebenfalls nocht wirklich sauber und die Möbel fielen schon teilweise auseinander. Gläser und Besteck waren ebenfalls dreckig. Wir haben es reklamiert und das Loch aus dem Wasser austritt notdürftig repariert sodass wir einen Tag später wieder in einer Pfütze Wasser standen. Zum Glück haben wir vorab den Aufenthalt von 5 Nächten auf 3 reduziert ansonsten hätten wir ein neues Apartment buchen müssen. Das Apartment war dazu noch recht teuer für Hanoi Verhältnisse und hat uns bei 39 Grad Aussentemperatur den Aufenthalt erschwert da wir sehr ungern Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht haben!
