Railane Home - by Antique

Made the booking through booking.com Arrived at the property and realised there was a wattsapp phone number. Called the number and met Jack on the other end. A representative was sent to meet me. Took me to the room. Showed me how to access the key. Allowed me into the room which had been beautifully cleaned where payment was processed. Lovely spacious area. Around the corner from World Famous Rail Line and train. Away from the noise and bustle of old quarter yet only a short walk to where the activity takes place. Jack always very, very responsive. Could not ask for a better host. Thank you Jack

I do not have anything here I can think of which I did not like. Jack and his team went out of their way to meet my requests. Great job, Jack. Thank you for a very pleasant time at your accommodation.

Bright, simple, practical and clean rooms. Amazing location and incredibly attentive staff that helped with everything we needed

Something that could improve is the kitchen equipment, it would be handy to have full size plates and a few more things like cutting knives or chopping board for basic things like cutting fruit.

We had a pleasant stay at this accomodation! The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The location was also convenient, close to the main road, making it easy to get around. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The location is great. The staff were very understanding and supportive as well. The Self checking is very easy as well.

At first glance, the apartment looks clean, but on closer inspection, it isn't. The bathroom needs some maintenance as well.
