Puiki vieta – pats Hanojaus centras, labai arti katedros ir senamiesčio, todėl viską patogu pasiekti pėsčiomis. Kambariai įrengti moderniai, gana patogūs, geras kainos ir vietos santykis. Persikėlus į pagrindinį kambarį nuo antros nakties, viskas buvo tvarkinga ir atitiko lūkesčius. Savininkas bendravo mandagiai ir reagavo į situaciją.
Dėl nenumatytų techninių aplinkybių pirmą naktį teko apsistoti kitame, prastesniame kambaryje. Jame labai trūko tvarkos – radome neišneštas šiukšles, neplautus indus ir ankstesnių svečių paliktus smulkius daiktus, kas sudarė nemalonų pirmą įspūdį. Dėl persikraustymo nepatogumų buvo suteikta tik simbolinė kelių eurų nuolaida, kuri, atsižvelgiant į situaciją, galėjo būti didesnė.
