    Was a little bit hard to find as it is in the back of a booking agency/spa. However really nice big room, and everything was really clean. Happy with this accommodation.

    When we arrived, we discovered they had double-booked the same room on both Agoda and Booking.com. That meant two complete strangers showed up wanting the exact same room. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the owner demanded we pay extra because there were “three people in a two-person room” - even though it was their error. The elevator technically works, but you have to press each button about eight times before it responds. In the morning, at 9:00 a.m., the entrance was locked because the shop downstairs was closed, and we had to call them to be let out. The room itself was clean - but honestly, that’s the only good thing I can say. There are plenty of other hotels in Hanoi. I’d recommend choosing a different one.
