    We arrived late at night only to find that they were overbooked. We were left on the street without help not even from Agoda

    I don’t want to recommend to stay.We booked through the app and paid *** and arrive to there around 3:30 pm and still the room not yet ready.We need to wait over than 1 more hour and after that they give room in 3F.The toilet is located from outside room and there is not available hot water.That is why we don’t want to stay longer and immediately find other hotel near there and almost hotel near there only around 500-600K and super different compare with this house.This is the worst experience which I have booked through this app.

    It is unreasonable to ask guests to accept the poor condition of the hotel at check-in and then refused a refund due to non refundable condition. Since the accommodation was not provided as expected, I request a full refund of *** for 3 nights. The bed sheet is terrible & cannot accept. Toilet is suck tiny and smelly. I attached photos before and after changed the bedsheets. Who can accept this kind of condition?
