    No hot water. Room had open ceiling, so there was dust/debris flying the moment you walk in and turn on the air-conditioner. During a heavy rain, the water seeped into the apartment and soaked certain areas of the room. The bed was damp after this as well. NO running hot water

    Its good as a cafe but definitely not as a hotel. The room is smaller than description. No elevator, no supporting staff, just contact via online channel and they dont reply frequently, except when they remind you checkout time :) Considering carefully before choosing this place. Only one thing they did well is their advertising pictures posted on booking agency

    Great room to stay in but it's not located in the Old Quarter as the name suggests, it's actually about a 20-minute walk into the Old Quarter but it is a 5-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

    On arrival a window was open with no screen on it. There was a musty mildew smell on arrival. There were a couple lizards in the room and one ran across my wife as she was lying in bed. The ceiling is made from tree branch so you could see into the addict. Perfect refuge for the lizards. The manager/owner was very indifferent when I told him about the lizard. Not a place I would stay again.
