    1. Vibe: Outstanding view to the Red River, local culture and neighborhood, not the tourism things, super quiet 2. Location: Not in the old town, but also not far. Recommended than the old town since the old town has limited transportation and noisy, only takes $2 taxi to get to the old town 3. Facilities: Standard with high hygene. There’s a stair to the room area to be considered for those who have many luggages. Also have washer and dryer for laundry, free. Self checkin with clear instructrion

    Henry was very accommodating and super helpful. He first reached out via WhatsApp and introduced himself, and to let us know to reach out to him if we need an assistance. It was self check-in, we arrived late from our Sapa trip and Henry was very kind to message us how to get in and where we can find the place. And honestly it was not that difficult to find because of the pictures he sent with the instructions. The place is near the Hoan Kiem Lake, and outside the place, there's a lot of nearby stores that sells fruits, bread, coffee and local food which was very convenient for us. In our room, the bed and pillows were very soft, and we love that the covers are clean and fragrant that we had the most comfortable and good night of sleep. Our room has two very spacious bathrooms -- one from inside our bedroom with 2 twin beds, and another one in the living room. Both have cold and hot showers that were working great, and we love how strong the water pressure are. The AC was functioning great, and the best part was the blackout blind/shutter they installed in the bedroom window. The sun was totally blocked and the entire room was dark that we slept until the afternoon. There's slipper for all 4 of us that we can use, 1 big blower, a full-body mirror and clean towels. We also love that their wifi had good connection, and there's a TV that you can watch Netflix, Youtube or listen to Spotify. The refrigerator inside our room is also very big that we were so surprised. There's also an electric kettle and electric stove with pans and utensils in the cabinets, so you can absolutely cook whenever. We were honestly so suprised how big and spacious our room is, for 25$ per night, you have everything you needed inside. It is indeed a great valur

    Value for money and accommodation uses luxury ware. Nice view for recreation and feel relax at Modapick hotel but difficult to search on Google map. Anyway it's all ok. Owner and staff also helpful & kindness.
