Se prenotate stanze ai piani più alti tenete conti che non c'è un ascensore. Si riesce a portare su anche una valigia ma magari non è facile per tutti.

The location was great, tucked in an alleyway near lots of cafes and food options, and also very near the main road, an easy walk to many places and very close to attractions. There were some nice touches like travel books on the nightstand. Unfortunately my family and I were sick in succession the whole time, but it was a decent place to rest and recover.

The beds could use a mattress topper or upgrade, as the springs made themselves known.

Unit in 4th floor, no lift so not for people with knee or heart problems

We were sold the property on the basis that it had a balcony. I have screenshots and video evidence from the booking confirming this. When I raised the issue via WhatsApp, nothing was done to resolve it, and we were still expected to pay the full price despite not receiving what we had been shown and sold. We also had someone attempt to come and clean the property at 10am, despite our booking clearly stating an 11am check-out. I had also already confirmed via WhatsApp that we would be leaving at 11am when they asked. The standard of cleaning was also very poor. Under the beds was extremely dirty, we dropped something & when we went to grab it found a significant amount of dirt and rubbish. It clearly had not even been given a basic sweep, with used cotton buds & wrappers underneath! Overall, the experience fell well below what we were expecting based on the booking, particularly given that we were charged the full price for a property that did not match what had been advertised.
