I loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location, great value for money, very comfy bed and great shower pressure!! Also the rooms are very quiet as it is on a side street away from the main hustle and bustle Liked it so much I stayed an extra few days and used it as a home base for day trips etc Jessica was so lovely and very helpful with her advice and organization skills for my travel, and mai and her kitchen team were also wonderful. Very happy customer! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great value for money and a "home away from home"

Nothing! It was perfect for what I needed. Tip: If you were traveling with 2 people, I would check size of room. Mine was on the smaller side but it was perfect for just me.

We stayed at Eliana Ruby Hotel & Travel for the last four days of our holiday, and it was a wonderful stay! The Executive Suite was a real treat, and we actually spent quite a bit of time enjoying it, especially since we had some rainy days. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We didn’t book any tours as we had already done them, but the team recommended a spa where we received a 10% discount, which we really appreciated. Everyone was genuinely thoughtful and helpful, from our arrival, when they kindly kept our luggage before check-in, to all the little moments when they were always ready to assist. A special thank you to the whole reception team! We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with a special mention to Mai, who welcomed us every morning with a smile. The buffet is varied, and there are also plenty of options to choose from the menu. Different kinds of omelettes, always delicious — thank you, chefs! — as well as sandwiches, French toast, banh mi, pancakes and more. We only wish we had had enough time to try everything! A beautiful hotel with excellent service. Definitely recommended!

This was a fine hotel. Nothing spectacular, but perfectly adequate. I highly recommend you request rooms on floors 5 or 6, because those floors are above the neighboring buildings, so the sun is not blocked, the light shines through and it’s more cheerful. The floors under 5, tend to be dark. Breakfast is perfectly adequate, not amazing, but fine. The hotel in on Yen Thai, which is a busy alleyway, connecting Hang Manh St., and Hang Dieu. But there’s no street sign on Hang Dieu. So I recommend turning off Hang Bong, on to Hang Manh. Go about 100-125m, and the sign for Yen Thai is on the left. Enter the alley for 20m, and the hotel is on the left. If you want a good haircut, go to 77 Hang Non Street, off of Hang Dieu, 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. Mr. Nguyen Manh, 37 years cutting hair, and where everyone else is charging 200-250K, Mr. Manh charges 150K. Kevin in hotel reception was very helpful. Overall, I believe you would be satisfied with this property.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, but there’s was nothing exceptional about it. It’s a safe choice.

Apart from its location, breakfast and the amenities, I'm particularly impressed with the staff's responsive and cheery service. Kevin at the reception was always serving with a smile and Mai from the breakfast team is also always helpful and accommodating. They both made sure we have what we needed. There were a few hiccups on the airconditioning but nothing major. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it any time!
