Hanoi Charming House

Easily accessible, big room, good location, good wifi, good air conditioning. We booked this place because we had checked out of our previous hotel and we needed a place to relax while waiting for the bus. We booked it 5 min ahead, and they welcomed us in a very friendly manner. All expected amenities were there, and it was very nice to have our own private room & bathroom for this price.

It was exactly what we expected for the price so nothing to complain about! :)

This is a very reasonably priced apartment in a very busy part of town. If you want to be in the centre of the Old Quarter and pay a low price, this place is great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was generally clean. The towels were clean and fresh. The A/C was very powerful. I am happy there is a lift as it made it easy for getting up and down with the luggage. The bedding was also clean. There isn't a lot of space but I was alone so it wasn't a problem.

The WiFi connection is poor and does not always work so only stay here if you have sufficient access to data. It is old, which is expected due to the price, but there is some rust. The towel they put on the floor (outside the bathroom) did not look clean, but I just used one of the spare towels instead.

The location is great for all the tourist spots are just around the area.

The smell of smoke from the outside keeps coming inside the room.
