Fiona was great at the front desk-very friendly and helpful and really cares about guests and their stay. The other staff were friendly too and Kevin was helpful arranging our transfer to and from.the airport as our stay was short in Hanoi. The beds are big and quite comfortable and breakfast was adequate. The lift was helpful and whilst the location was pedestrianised,it was very central to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake etc
The bathroom is dated and although a good size,it could do with a renovation and more suitable shower. It was a shower over bath with a fixed direction of water-horizontal! Whilst we had to ask for a 4th towel (as there were only 3 provided and no hand towel),the gentleman on the front desk was very quick to rectify.

Staff were very helpful and on point. Fiona in particular was super attentive and gave great recommendations
The room had some humidity, mostly due to it facing an alley, but with the AC on, it was barely noticeable

Super clean rooms - everything you could need, laundry, breakfast (which was super generous), spa etc!
