    So glad and satisfied with our stay in Emerald Hotel. The staff is very responsive thru Agoda, they assured me that someone will assist us in our late check in (2am). The staff is very accommodating and warm as well. If you want a decent, clean, and homy hotel in Old Quarter, this is the hotel for you.

    Our Vietnam trip is complete well because of this hotel. I’ve been searching for a good hotel in Hanoi for 2 months, been researching for the best one. until I found this hotel, it is normal to have hesitations and doubt but I promise you, this hotel is the perfect piece for you stay. The room are so good, one of the best ones you will find in Hanoi, Clean, modern, and the design is so good, Had a good sleep with their comfy sheets and bed. The toilet and shower is well. Also The one that really amazes us is their staff, I would like to thank miss Kate and Miss Jennie, They are so thoughtful to decorate the room for my mom who is celebrating her birthday, without us asking for request, they were so kind to help us on our itinerary, our needs. They are very hands on for their guests. They will do everything to satisfy your needs, they are very kind and helpful I guarantee you they will take care of you. Thank you so much Miss kate and jennie for everything you didnt know how much grateful we are with all your help and making us feel home. If I were to be asked, I will return on this hotel and so do you who will read this review, I really recommend this, trust me Im a person who keeps on travelling and has a lot of experience on going to hotels, this hotel is topnotch esp for the price value, the location (you are close to good restaurants, attractions, train street, hoan kiem lake etc). They also had good selection of breakfast. I will definitely give this hotel a strong 10/10. Always keep in mind that Hanoi is one of the hardest place for me to find oua hotel that really fit my standards, some were old, has sketchy reviews, some outdated facilitiesd and this one exceeds my expectation and I can really recommend.
