Great staff, very helpful. Central location. I forgot some luggage that was delivered to me in the airport by a Grab. Excellent service from the staff ❤️ so I didn’t lose my luggage and still was able to catch my flight. Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast was so-so, and in another hotel, but basically it was okay.

Rather worn facilities. Only partially lift to the room, but staff brought up the luggage so no big deal. Shower with 15 L water heater had to be turned on manually. But it’s Old Quarter, has it’s charm. Coffee at breakfast was probably the weakest part of the breakfast, very weak, even to European standards.

We had a wonderful stay at Silk Hanoi Moment Hotel & Spa and were especially impressed by the outstanding staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thank you to the reception team, especially the ladies on the morning and evening shifts and the gentleman who assisted guests during the late-night hours—they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay

The only minor inconvenience was that guests need to go up one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, which can be challenging when carrying heavy luggage. We also noticed a slight odor in the bathroom, possibly due to a plumbing or pipe issue. These were relatively small concerns and did not significantly affect our overall experience

It was convenient for one night

The rooms were very old and lots of ants and spiderwebs and the walls are falling apart
