    We had a wonderful stay at Scent Premium Hotel! A special thank you to Ana for being so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciate all the staff, especially the restaurant team, for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We loved the delicious food and the coffee, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. Thank you for making our trip so memorable we’ll definitely recommend Scent Premium Hotel and would love to stay here again!

    The staffs are very nice. They allow us to use the shower room and also offer the towels before we go to Sapa by sleeping bus.

    We travelled with a group of 8 people and we all found the hotel just wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Its my second time staying at Scent Premium Hotel and this time with my family . All the staff’s are great and friendly (even those at breakfast) and flexible. They are extending supprt whenever its needed. We got 4 rooms and all are clean and comfy. Location is near shopping area and popular food (Michelin stars rated). Will surely come back here and recommend to family and friends.
