    We were a group of 6 ladies all senior citizens in their 70s. We were very pleased with the excellent service given by Lily, David and Vivien. They were so kind, helpful and attended to every request of ours and even extended help without us asking for it. The hotel was clean and had a very strategic location making it very accessible. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there were very good. They spoke English very well making the whole stay at the hotel a memorable experience for all of us.

    The staff make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the steps to the hotel, probably some of the best staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The room was nice and clean, the hotel does show some wear and tear in some areas but nothing major, breakfast in the morning is great, buffet style with a few options they can prepare for you in the kitchen. The best part of the stay was the service, all staff made us feel welcome and that we were more than we are, the hotel is in a great location for all your needs, food, shopping and bars

    The staff at this hotel were amazing—super professional, polite, helpful, and informative. I really can't praise them enough for their great service and want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.The hotel is in an awesome location in the Old Quarter, making it incredibly easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was great, and though the room was on the smaller side, it was plenty of space for one or two people. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially if it's your first time.
