    Booked for 1 night after returning from Sapa. Got upgraded to a bigger room and it was so clean, bed is big and comfortable giving us well needed rest. Breakfast buffet has wide selection. Location to Old Quarter is so convenient!!

    I initially booked a room at Scent Premium Hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the air-conditioning and water supply in the room were not working. The hotel staff then arranged for me to stay at another hotel, Hotel Salute, instead. The staff at Hotel Salute were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They were also able to communicate well in English, which made things much easier. I appreciated their assistance and professionalism in ensuring that my stay was comfortable despite the change in hotel.

    Scent Premium Hotel is in a great location within the Old quarters. It is on the quieter lane so you dont hear as much street noise at night but you will step right into the retails and massage shops in the morning. The staff are welcoming and not pushy and they can communicate fluently in English. Rooms are clean with the necessary setup.

    You pay for what you get. The Accommodation itself was okay and staff were as helpful as they could be. However there were a few things that weren’t great. Breakfast was very average and on the morning we went down, they had no water. We had other issues including, our front door handle was broken, the fridge was not working and the shower was not clean. The staff came to fix the door handle but it didn’t fix the problem. We weren’t bothered as we could still enter but had to slam the door to close and lock it. We got some laundry done as we were 1/2 way through our trip. Although it was a quick turn around, a few items came back wet. Overall 2.5/5. Great location but average stay.
