Ac little bit faulty

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The location is fantastic — very central and perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself may not look particularly impressive from the outside, and the entrance has some steps before reaching the elevator, so our first impression wasn’t the best. But don’t let that put you off! The hotel is very clean, and the amazing staff more than make up for it. A very special thank you to Ms. Daily, who was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with everything we needed, and communication with her was always fast and easy. We had a stressful situation when my daughter lost her handbag while traveling from our cruise in Halong Bay to the airport. We had stopped at a mall for lunch along the way, and we weren’t sure where the bag had been left. Ms. Daily went completely above and beyond. She called the different places we had been and kept helping us until she finally managed to locate the bag and get it back to us. We were incredibly grateful! The hotel was also very helpful when we had an early trip. They prepared bags with food and water for us to take on the journey, and they also offer luggage delivery to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel may not have the most impressive entrance, but the staff are better than at some of the best luxury hotels. Their kindness, helpfulness and genuine care made our stay so much better. If you are looking for a clean, very central hotel in Hanoi with truly exceptional staff, I would definitely recommend it. And a huge thank you to Ms. Daily — you were absolutely amazing and made a real difference to our stay! ❤️

The enterence and steps up to the elevator

Very nice hotel staff were very friendly room was very clean and comfortable and the receptionist ms Daily Thomas and Alice were very nice and pretty and it was at the centre of the city so it was walking distance I would definitely come again to these hotel in the near futures because the service and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The staff were excellent i cannot complain about them ,they were brilliant, they even booked our trip on ha long bay for us which was superb ,the breakfast was good for us ,

Our room had no windows which we didn't realise when we booked it ,but in the end we did book another night and kept the same room as really there wasn't much to see in the street anyway ,and the room was peaceful as there was so much noise from honking horns from the scooters outside ,
