    Great place to start my Vietnam trip. The room was really comfortable and the location was perfect for wandering around the Old Quarter. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection, and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus. But the standout was definitely the staff - genuinely warm, helpful and attentive without feeling forced. From the welcome drink when I arrived, to helping with little things throughout my stay, they made the place feel special. Would happily stay again.

    We stayed at the hotel for several days as a family. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. The rooms are beautiful and clean, but most of all the staff were very kind and helpful. They were interested and helped us with any problem throughout our stay. Annie in particular accompanied us from the reception to the hotel, corresponded with us on WhatsApp and took care of us.

    The hotel location is a winner near to almost everything and convenient. It’s the definition of quiet luxury amid the chaos. I have been trying hotels in Hanoi and found the the room size in this hotel not standardized. I booked two rooms surprisingly children room bigger then master room. Also if you don’t like noise best you request higher floor because the hotel is across the street. Although I requested in my original booking for higher floor. I think due to closeness to street the room smell kept changing in a bad way. The hotel has limited halal friendly/vegetarian options for travels. They can improve this a bit almost every option in the boufet breakfast include pork even in deli sandwiches, pizza , rice and noodles. But you can order from the menu which I found a relief. All in all I recommend the hotel for location. In service they are responsive and accommodating.
