So actually it's my second time to visit Vietnam and my first time in Hanoi. At first, we are concerned about the security especially the hotel security issues and the staffs here are really nice and friendly. They treated us like our beloved friends and kindly answer our requiries and questions with patient. If there is any chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely choose Aurora Central Hotel. I truly appreciate the support and love because I know it is not guaranteed even though I am the customer :)

Location was very convenient for me because the next days tours meeting point was very close by. But other than that the location is not that good. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfy and enough Staff was very helpfull , and nice. Elevator was very slow 😅

I got my room upgrade and the hotel provide options for me to choose. Staffs are all very polite, helpful and show genuine kindness. They made my stay more memorable.

Our stay at Hotel Aurora had severe issues, though I want to emphasize that it was entirely due to poor management rather than the frontline staff. Upon check-in, we were given a windowless room, which the receptionist admitted was a mistake. After being moved around twice (including waiting in the hallway), we ended up in a room with a tiny, tinted window hidden behind the door, looking nothing like the pictures advertised on Agoda. The in-room phone was non-functional, and the bathroom floor had dirty stains. While the staff and concierge team tried their absolute best to accommodate us—and the restaurant lady was exceptionally helpful—the management was a complete letdown. The manager didn't even bother to come down or approach us personally, neither when the incident happened nor even by the time we checked out. Instead, the final "solution" handed down from management was that we should just cancel our booking and leave the hotel at nearly 7:00 PM. Left stranded with no choice at that hour, we had to stay. To top it all off, the rooftop bar was closed by 11:00 PM despite flyers saying it was open until midnight. Management needs a complete overhaul on how they handle guests and accountability, but thank you to the luggage/concierge team, the restaurant staff, and the receptionist who tried to help despite being let down from the top.
