    We stayed there for 4 nights. It was our first visit to Vietnam, and the hotel made our first impression of Vietnam totally positive! From a welcoming and friendly bellboy, all the staff, especially “Luca” (not sure if I got his name right), and a welcome decoration for our wedding anniversary, nice breakfast - everything was so nice! Till the end, they waited until we left the hotel by taxi and waved their hands goodbye!! We are now in Ho Chi Minh City and staying at a well-known 5-star hotel, but I can say that the staff and service here are way better, with much more personal touch, than the 5-star hotel. Thank you for all hotel team! Great work!

    Great value for money place for a stay at the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The location is perfect, the facilities are good and they offer a very good breakfast spread. The room was clean, and the staff were excellent. Will definitely recommend.

    The staff at the reception were extremely warm, welcoming and hospitable. For our special occasion, I really appreciated their complementary room upgrade. They paid attention to our itinerary and made sure they could accommodate their services around it. The rooms were great. The location also was very safe. We walked in and out of the hotel late night without any apprehension!

    Exceptional hotel with top-tier service. Our room was fantastic, but what truly impressed us was the staff's courtesy. We had a 1-night stay with an early morning flight, and they proactively packed a takeaway breakfast with bread and fresh fruit for our journey. That level of care and attentiveness is rare. Would gladly return!
