Great location, lots of space (booked the 2 bedroom apartment), the most friendly and helpful reception staff. We started our trip in Hanoi then travelled around Vietnam before coming back to Hanoi, and the hotel looked after some excess luggage for us. It was a huge help.

We had a family suite that was much bigger than expected. Everyone had plenty of room and space. The bathrooms were beautiful and plenty of kitchenware. The breakfast was amazing. Multiple stations and staff that went out of their way to assist us. We are English speakers and they spoke good English, were friendly and curious, and gave us helpful suggestions on things to do. I couldn't ask for more.
Honestly, we had a great experience that exceeded many of the other countries we visited on our trip.

The property is located in the heart of the Old Quarter but it is not directly on the main road. As such, this allowed for a nice peaceful sleep.
