The team here, especially the front desk staff, created an incredibly satisfying experience for me. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness were shown in everything from providing useful information to ensuring that guests had everything they needed for a memorable stay.

My family and I were very well taken care of, and we'd especially like to thank Catherine for her warm and helpful support throughout our trip. The room was tidy and spotless. The meals served each day were also delicious and carefully prepared.

The location was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, as it is close to the Old Quarter and made getting around much easier. Although the room was not very large, it was clean and comfortable enough for my stay. The staff were another positive point—they were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. For a business trip, I found the hotel convenient, practical, and good value.

Location was great and so were the receptionist staff. We were upgraded for free.

Louder location, could hear a street sweeper at 5am. The sheets were stained and we were advised they were still clean however. Both exhausted so just said okay at this point. We were locked out of the room for half an hour because the batteries in the door locking system “died.” The “handy man/porter” was loud and coughing/sniffing consistently whenever we were near which was highly unsettling. Was physically pushed into the elevator away from our bags, was confused if this meant they would be taken for us or not, until they ended up at our door by him. Was told the room was ready on arrival but had to wait 10 mins for them to double check it and still the cleaning ladies were just exiting the room when we arrived at the door. Bathroom floor was still wet when we entered.
