Small clean nice hotel out of old town. Less noise. Close to walk to lake area. Staff were helpful and friendly, air conditioning was great

Small gem

My husband and I stayed for three nights and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help, whether it was answering questions or arranging tours. We booked a 2-day Ha Long Bay cruise through the hotel, and everything was organized smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the trip without worrying about any of the details. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with enough variety to satisfy us each morning. Being located in the heart of the Old Quarter meant we could easily walk to many of Hanoi's most popular attractions, while countless restaurants and local cafés were right on our doorstep. Combined with the comfortable accommodation and excellent service, it offered incredible value for money, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location was great and so were the receptionist staff. We were upgraded for free.

Louder location, could hear a street sweeper at 5am. The sheets were stained and we were advised they were still clean however. Both exhausted so just said okay at this point. We were locked out of the room for half an hour because the batteries in the door locking system “died.” The “handy man/porter” was loud and coughing/sniffing consistently whenever we were near which was highly unsettling. Was physically pushed into the elevator away from our bags, was confused if this meant they would be taken for us or not, until they ended up at our door by him. Was told the room was ready on arrival but had to wait 10 mins for them to double check it and still the cleaning ladies were just exiting the room when we arrived at the door. Bathroom floor was still wet when we entered.
