Dream Premium Hotel & Spa

The hotel was in an excellent location however, our room was assignment was facing the main road hence, we can hear the noises from cars and locals. From the hotel, we also walked to the famous old quarter and train street and other restos. Downside was the bathroom sink and drains smells.

Very convenient location . Staffs are so friendly . We easily walk to Hoan Kiem lake, and find some good restaurants near by

we were a group of family that booked for 3 rooms. i booked 2 double room and app shows need to pay at hotel, and 1 triplet room i pay in the apps. When i reach at hotel, they ask us to complete all the remaining balance and inform us they didnt manage to reserve one of the double room for us(we book two double room), they did send us message to inform us to confirm but i didnt manage to reply. This is acceptable, because i didnt reply their message to confirm, and its peak season, they can open for walk-in customer. WHAT I UNACCEPTABLE is the receptionist ask us to pay for full fund before telling us they only have 1 double room. They should honestly tell us they don't have enough room, and we can arrange a new one by ourselves. SO, they tell us they have another hotel around, ask us to walk there(with staff leading). ANOTHER UNHONEST THING is we originally book for 2nights, and request to stay 2nights in another hotel they arrange, because it was super inconvenient to move all the stuff back and forth. they refuse and force us to go back their hotel because their is no more room in the other hotel they arrange. We went back and ask the hotel staff, they were not full house and they were just partnership, they are not the same hotel. That's why they were forcing us to go back to their hotel without considering customer's feeling. OTHER COMPLAINTS, restaurant for breakfast is not enough place for having all the customer. We have 7 people, when we reach in restaurant, it was full. We need to wait for empty space and when were able to have our spot, they tell us they were close for breakfast order service. BUT THERE HAVE NO SPACE FOR US TO EAT EALIER. IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE, STAFF NOT HONEST. There are still nice staff in the hotel, especially the guy that lead us from the hotel to another hotel. Vietnam is a nice place to travel, but not with this hotel.
