    Enjoyed stay in comfortable, clean room. Perfect location in old quarter, walk to food, shopping, tour pickups etc. Very helpful front desk staff. Shower pressure s little weak. Breakfast was standard and good. Recommend staying here.

    They pride themselves on hospitality but there was no one to help with our luggage or help us with anything else for that matter. We did receive a couple of recommendations for a local restaurants but that's about it. The staff person at arrival was half asleep at the desk . Most staff spoke little to no English and could not help with issues, which is not a major deal in and of itself but they also showed no interest in helping us resolve problems. The food for breakfast was quite substandard and limited. I had a balcony room which I thought would bring light and comfort. Do not pay for a room with a window or balcony. It does not bring in light at all; you need to keep the balcony door shut with solid wood panel doors. It literally feels like you are in a dungeon staying there. I am not sure why they call themselves an eco-friendly hotel. There was nothing about their practices that would indicate that.
