We experienced a little confusion upon arrival, but we really appreciated how the staff handled the situation and worked everything out for us. Throughout our stay, all the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful, right up until the time we checked out. Their hospitality definitely made a positive impression on us. The breakfast was also good, with the added convenience of being just a short walk away at the neighboring Silk Hotel. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s excellent service and their efforts to make our stay a pleasant one. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Silk Ha Noi Moment Hotel & Spa! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. Since the elevator is only accessible from the second floor, they kindly assisted us with carrying our luggage to our room upon arrival and bringing it down again when we checked out. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the surrounding streets. Despite being situated near a busy street, the room was surprisingly peaceful. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was within walking distance of numerous shops, cafes, and local attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Hanoi. One thing to keep in mind is that the elevator is quite small and only accessible from the second floor, so guests with large luggage may need a little extra assistance. We also noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom during our stay, which was a bit of a downside to an otherwise comfortable experience. Overall, we appreciated the hotel's warm hospitality, spacious rooms, and excellent location. With some attention to the bathroom's odor, the experience could have been even better. It's a good option for travelers looking for a convenient base from which to explore Hanoi while still enjoying a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Though the room size is big the T/B has no shower enclosure and it’s a big no for me. Only one person can pass through the corridor to access the elevator. The lobby is also quite small , so if your group traveller i would suggest to book other hotel.
