    We stayed 1 night before going to Sapa. We were given an interior room. Very small. Ok for 1 night but we were able to leave our big luggage’s. On our return we stayed 3 nights. Good thing we were given bigger rooms. Also with a small terrace it was a lot more spacious but it was not the kind of hotel we would have booked if I had a lot of time to research. Elevator was on the next floor with a very narrow stairs. A blogger who brings groups to Vietnam popped up on my fb page and recommended this. Next time I’ll do research thoroughly. Oh and on our departure day, we woke up to no water in the bath room on the whole bldg. Reception said repair man will come at 8am but we leave for the airport at 6:45. We just showered in the airport lounge. Major disappointment

    We had a wonderful stay at Silk Hanoi Moment Hotel! The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well taken care of, and the service made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi—we would happily stay here again!

    The aircon is not getting cold, there's no fire exit, the space of the stairs & elevator is too narrow,.
