    First shocker was securing a room on 5th floor and hotel doesn't have lift. The location is good, in general staff are okay but sometimes they will ask money if your small drinking water bottle is finished. The breakfast has limited choices which must be improved.

    We stayed a total of 2 nights, 1 before going off for Halong bay cruise and 1 just before flying back to our homeland. The hotel is very well situated within the old quarters so just 5-7mins' walk to the main stretch of eateries, ho hoan Kiếm lake and shopping streets. But it is quiet enough and no noise pollution during the night in room to have a good sleep. Rooms are highly dependent on whether got front block(staircase, room is clean but aged with toilet flush is strong), or newer room at the back block with lift access but toilet flush is weak and have strong sewage smell which we feedback about. However the hotel counter as well as front door staff were all so friendly and helpful throughout our stays there and it makes the entire hotel stay feels great 👍🏻. Breakfast provided daily though not fantastic but adequate to kickstart our day! Overall will recommend staying this hotel and we will stay again should we visit Hanoi next time largely thanks to the superb service rendered by all the staff!good location, as well as spacious room, value pricepoint.

    Hotel was decent with ok facilities but the staff were very good and helped us in arranging things for us and made the stay ok
