Clean spacious room that was so quiet. Walking distance to the old quarter but far enough away to get away from the chaos. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi.

It was in a quiet and safe area.
The room and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and kind.
If you have WhatsApp, you can communicate very smoothly with the hotel staff.
Our flight arrived very late at night, but they provided us with Airport pickup service and waited for us to safely arrived at the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room is spacious and quiet. The only downside is that there’s not staff most of the time.
