Lan was an amazing and very accommodating host. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. We had a lovely time and wanted to stay longer!
Location is slightly outside the old quarter, but still within walking distance (15 mins or so).

Lan and her team took great care of use: arranging transportation, giving tips about the city, cooking breakfast for us and making sure everything was in order.
I would say the noise from the street but that is hard to avoid in Hanoi AND earplugs were provided for us by the homestay :)
