There were multiple positives about the space. The location was walkable to most Hanoi attractions. There was a very good coffee shop across the street. The traditional Vietnamese breakfast was excellent. The value for the money was good.
I knew that the triple room had a loft but the loft was very, very "short" from floor to ceiling. The building is in the middle of the city, as such, it has a spiral staircase to the third floor. It may have been listed but I must have missed it. The air conditioner worked but the way it is situated in the triple room, it kept the loft very cold and the rest of the room less so.

Lan and her staff was so helpful during our stay, perfect location and delicious breakfast! And the bathroom was nice and clean

Lan and her staff are very welcoming. The accommodation was exactly as in the pictures, spacious and clean. The staff came with fresh towels daily. Our breakfast was traditional dishes and something different everyday. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, train street and other local attractions. 💯

It is in a central part of the city, everything is close by. The room itself is nice, breakfast is good, the staff is really nice.
This does feel more like a bnb then a hotel. My room had no window. Took me a while to figure out the shower, either burning hot or cold… the place itself is located in an empty building and there are narrow stairs so not ideal with big backpacks.
