Homestay CHẤT- Train Street,Self check

Mér líkaði hversu auðvelt sjálfsinnritunarferlið var. Íbúðin var fersk og nýuppgerð. Hún er nógu nálægt Hoan Kiem vatninu, svo það er auðvelt að komast að helstu aðdráttaraflinu. Það eru margir litlir matarbásar og kaffihús í nágrenninu. Götumaturinn í Hanoi er frábær! Herbergið er ekki mjög stórt, en samt þægilegt.

Très beau studio avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être comme à la maison. Propreté irréprochable. Idéalement situé à environ 100m de la fameuse rue du train. Self check-in pratique. La douche vraiment agréable avec de la pression et de l’eau chaude (pensez à activer l’interrupteur du chauffe eau en arrivant). C’est exactement le genre de logement que je recherche j’espère qu’il y en aura plus à l’avenir.

Il y a une magnifique baie vitrée qui donne sur la rue ce qui peut causer un peu de bruit ça ne m’a pas dérangé du tout mais je préfère le préciser pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. On ne peut pas mettre 12/10 😅

My booking with the property got lost. I originally booked with Booking.com 2 and a half months before my arrival. 2 days before our arrival I contacted the hosts to arrange an airport pick up. I was informed that my room was no longer available due to technical difficulties and was offered a different room for a discounted price. I was disappointed as I selected my stay based on reviews and location, the new option had no windows, was smaller and in another street. The hosts agreed to cancel my booking without penalty and were very apologetic. The support I received from Booking.com was appalling they didn’t read my messages and just sent generic responses. Beware of using this platform it is no longer reliable.

My booking was cancelled due to booking.com technical failure.
