Apartment was lovely, very modern and spacious. From our apartment on the 6th floor we had the most perfect view of the trainstreet. It is literally right next to it.

We found it a bit sad that you never get to talk to the host or the staff in person. Only communication is through WhatsApp. No staff on site. Check in and check out completely by yourself.

We had a hard time finding an affordable and clean apartment in Hanoi, but this was the cleanest and nicest place we’ve stayed in Vietnam. It’s super clean to the point where I could walk without shoes in the apartment, and when we were leaving we saw the cleaner scrubbing everything down well so it’s very well kept. The location is quiet but we can see the train pass by our window! It’s a beautiful old apartment with the original wood doors but it seems like everything has been updated, with all the cookery and utensils being new. We loved all the big comfortable space and we paid a great price. We’re definitely staying here if we ever come back to Hanoi.

It was a little hard for us to find but follow the exact address on booking not the one sent in the video. Our host answered right away when we got lost and he let aided us a lot in paying by card and extending our stay last minute.

Very comfortable apartment. For two people, it was more than enough. Very easy to get to the old quarter and ATM without fees is 1 min away. There is a washing machine & dryer in one. Worked very well. The keys were in the box, so we didn't meet anyone. We paid in cash. The bathroom was nice. There is an elevator. A lot of food options in the area.
