The hotel is situated on Xa Dan street, (I used to live near this street) Its a very nice area with a big lake 5 mins walk from the property. There are lots of food options on the main street and lots of cafes at the lake area to sit and relax. There is a vegetarian restaurant within 2 mins walk and a Pizza Hut within 5 mins walk. There is a small lay-by for cars or taxis to collect you easily (taxis are not stationed there, you must order one). From the hotel to the old quarter is about 10 mins in a Taxi or about 100Vnd.
Nothing really. For the price you pay you receive a great central location to use a base while you visit Hanoi. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite large. The only thing I can think of that is a small problem is that there are cooking facilities but no utensil's to cook with. Im sure that if you asked they would provide though.
