Mr Fan a Chinese national and and his Viet wife, really trying hard to make a go at it. Nice people. Big room with potential for a medium term stay, family situation as the room on the first floor had a pull out couch. Mostly complete kitchen in the room (I'm sure Mr Fan would accommodate you with any items you may need). Shared washer and fridge on main floor - good life lesson for the kids!
Slow internet. Furnishings are older style and a little tired - like you often find in the family run operations. Which usually is fine, except a little dusty and greasy / dirty near the stove and kitchen area. The linens were very clean.Always want to suport family run operations, and experience real joy when you see the place is spotless and that they care about the details. This place not so much.
