could be better if there is a chair for the table. Also, there should be some cooking oil and spices bcs there is a kitchen there.

Bon emplacement, commerces à proximité, équipement frigo pratique, bons échanges avec la direction par what’sapp.

Mauvaise isolation phonique mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles c’est bien. Qualité de la literie assez vétuste et oreillers plats.

Todo, si vuelvo a Hanoi me alojaré aquí otra vez sin duda. Es todo muy nuevo y cómodo, el alojamiento tenía todo lo que puedas necesitar, muy silencioso y acogedor. El barrio es mucho más auténtico y tranquilo que si te alojas en el old quarter y está a 10 minutos en moto.

It’s a long list unfortunately. Starting off with the reception.. one person for a few hours a day at the desk and not really responsive on the WhatsApp. The location is terrible because no cars could go in and you have to walk for another 3-4 mins. With a lot of luggage and two kids that was a major inconvenience - I would NOT recommend FAMILIES to stay at this place. The internet was a bit weak and a lot of times we lost connection just watching YouTube. The shower has no screen so you spray water on the toilet and sink.. plus after using it for 1 minute it floods the whole floor. The drain was blocked from day one. The floor was dirty and housekeeping didn’t do beds at all. Only took out the bins
