LushStay Apartments - Hanoi Station

Felt so welcome here, the self check in was easy thanks to Fresh and the manager Dorry gave me great advice about the local area. The room was comfortable and well equipped

Clean serene environment

Central location, small room at the entrance for working with a laptop, the room itself ist large and it matches the pictures (when I booked, it was listed as 6 sqm for the area of the room, but that's just because the manager doesn't know how to measure the area and the room is actually quite spacious), beds are large and comfortable, there is a semblance of a balcony - a glass ledge above the street and three desks for different needs.

A lot of things are broken: an air conditioner that can only cool, which is unpleasant in winter; the clothes rack is not screwed to anything; although there is one burner, we had to persistently ask to be given a pot and pan; the burner itself makes strange noises; none of the windows open, and we, being ill, could not air the room; the street in which the hostel is situated is now digged up, and in the narrow passage, besides passers-by, bikes are passing both ways, which makes it possible to move along it only by short coasts.
