The room is actually a studio and offers a lot of comfort and equipment that I actually did not expect or need.
The staff is very helpful and communicative.
The room needed some ventilation and the place was hard to find at night.

Appartement parfait, super propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible. Vous ne trouverez pas mieux a Hanoï, tout est fait pour ce sentie bien, un vrai petit cocon.

Es ist alles super organisiert. Es ist schwer zu finden, aber es wird erklärt & man wird abgeholt & dort hin gebracht. Gute Lage, viele Restaurants usw. vor Ort. Sauber. Extrem netter Gastgeber (uns hat der Bruder betreut). Er hat uns mit Regenschirm abgeholt & bei kompletter Überschwemmung ans Taxi gebracht. Er hatte uns zuvor angeboten wegen des Sturms später auszuchecken.
(Wir empfehlen das kleine Pho Restaurant nebenan. Authentisches sehr leckeres, günstiges Essen, das wir sehr gut vertragen haben. Mehrmals)
Ist wie fast alles in Vietnam ein etwas hellhöriges Haus. Aber wie gesagt, dass ist hier überall so ;)

"Nice and cosy studio, very clean. Comfortable bed and quiet at night, the perfect place to rest. The owners move downstairs and are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place!"
