Cool spot overlooking the lake. Next to a nice coffee place.

Quiet spot tucked away in a very local neighborhood. Good coffee shop next door which was how I found the hotel in the first place
Air conditioning didn’t work well but for the reasonable rate per night it was fine

Good location, really friendly staff, nice spacious room. Very nice and comfortable for a short stay.
AC didn't fully work, and the room was somewhat dirty when I arrived - water on the toilet seat and all over the sink.

The location is superb. A nice, rather calm lake in front. The staff is really friendly. There are chill cafes and restaurants around, lower prices than the ones in the center.
The amnesties are worn down, partly dirty. It's poorly soundproofed. Had a group of young Brits gathering in a room, not even the one next to us, partying until late. We could hear every word..
