Great facilities! Bed was super comfy whoch we appreciated after a long travel day! Shower/ bathroom was really nice. Whole property very clean and lots of cookware provided!
Not much of a complaint; just that its not walking distance to the old quarter (grabs were easy to get no problem) we also visited during New Years so the journey would end up being 45 minutes instead of 20. Was absolutely fine for us as our first few days in Vietnam as we wanted quiet but if you’re looking for easy access to nightlife / the main town then be prepared to get taxi’s!

Staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've come across in Vietnam. The room was very clean and so comfortable. Not that close to the old quarter, but it was a perfect location for us.
This didn't bother me as it was only for a night, but it would be quite bare if wanting to stay longer than a night or two, eg no bin, limited cooking utencils.
