Goede locatie. Niet gehorig ondanks drukte op straat
We moesten naar een ander appartement ivm kapotte airco. Vervelend als je toch al moe bent na 15 uur vliegen. Appartement was ok, maar minder mooi dan geboekte. Hadden ieder maar 1 handdoek (gek
Materiaal) voor 5 dagen (wel wasmachine dus zelf maar gaan wassen)

Our AirBNB changed due to unforseen leakage at the property, so we were reassigned an upgraded new apartment on Pho Hang Buom. I can comment that the hosts Hieu and Kharn were very proactive, easy to communicate and kept to their word (our new place was as described). They also accommodated my request for payment via card (mainly for travel insurance), and I would be happy to book with this host again.

It’s located in the old quarters and is in a pedestrian-only zone during the weekends. The owner is accommodating enough to all our questions before, during and after our stay.
The entrance might need to be getting used to.

The location was good. Rooms were clean. Host is responsive on Whatsapp.
Drawback was that you had to go through a restruant to access the apartment. Resturant is open from approximatley 7am-midnight, so you have to use a key to enter/exit apartment outside of these hours. Accomodation charge paid in cash was more than advertised on booking.com. Storage facility is in laundry room which seemed to have open access to public.
