Love the location
It’s very dirty. They didn’t clean the balcony at all. The whole apartment smells so bad. My wife threw up couple of times because of the bad smell

I booked this property on June 24-25 at 11 pm. The direction given to the property is no where to be found. Basically it took me to a building with no apartment for rent. I tried calling, emailing , what asp the host till 2 am with no response while my children where in the car. Very bad service. If you are not going to answer calls late then don't accept reservation.
I had a local gentlemen tried to help me find the address or call the host with no lunch. I ended up renting another hotel somewhere else at 2 am after giving up. Another reviewer had the same problem finding the property and when contacted host, he was taken to another place. this is pure unacceptable.
I was refunded $35 as a no show only. I hope booking.com will resolve and refund my money and remove this host from scamming others. Please don't book at this place

Not what was advertised on the website! Apartment was not ready for guests.
The apartment had been recently renovated and all the appliances were new. The apartment was clean.
1. This is not the same property that is shown on the website. It is at a completely different address. The phone number for the host of the property did not work (we called twice for help with check-in and got only a weird recorded music sound). We had to message the host to find out how to check-in as the address on the website that we went to was a residential apartment block and we could not reach them on the phone.
2. The check-in time on the website/app was 12pm but when we arrived at this time the host replied in a message that check-in was 2pm at a completely different location. There was no check-in information provided on the website/app.
3. The host overcharged for the local tax (it said 9 Euro on the website but I was charged 12 Euro, no receipt).
4. The apartment did not have the same facilities or features that were listed on the website:
- there was no washing machine, no dryer and no clothes rack
- there was no cutlery (or corkscrew)
- there was no sponge, tea towels, dishwashing soap or anything to clean up with
- there were no hooks or rails in the bathroom to hang up towels
- the internet / wifi did not work
- because there was no internet in the apartment, the smart TV streaming service was not available
- there were no globes in the bedside lamps
5. We had to turn on the fridge and the hot water system
6. The hosts did not respond to messages about any of the issues with the apartment during our stay. It was like because they already had our money they did not care about our experience.
7. The whole situation would have felt very unsafe if I were travelling solo (wrong address, sketchy cheap hotel to pick up the key, sketchy location of the apartment with a bar by the entrance that was open first thing in the morning).
8. The price charged was way too high for the location, the service and the facilities provided.
9. We stayed in a different apartment (in a completely different location) from what was shown on the website.

1.Дуже брудно . Дуже. Немає витяжки у ванній кімнаті. Немає світла на кухні. Поставили настільну лампу.

Підлога давно не мита. Скло в душовій напевно ніколи не мили.
2. Доплата за якусь послугу. + Окремо оплата парковки коштує 30 євро.

Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war ok.
Wir waren nicht in der Unterkunft die im Internet beschrieben war. Die Unterkunft war in einem Hinterhof in einem normalen Einfamilienhaus. An der Türe war sogar noch das Namenschild des ehemaligen Mieters. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war sehr mangelhaft.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Sie können zu Fuß zu jeder Attraktion in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr komfortabel, das Bad riesig, alles sehr gepflegt.
