not recommended who is looking for comfortabiltiy. just ok to sleep

location is near to the facilties

No television, no washer in the unit, super small kitchen, heating system required additinal portable heater, broken bed frame, city tax and parking with additional charges, no elevator.

Good for family or group

3 bedrooms with many beds is great for families, very attentive owner, overall apartment is good and clean with few minor exceptions in next section. Can be an 8 with minor improvements

Cold as heat didn't work well (owner sent tech to fix right away but didnt seem to change) , shower temp randomly varies between hot and cold probably due to others showering in building, apartment had slight sewer smell, very squeaky bathroom door is annoying, hairs in the bed and bathroom, shower could be cleaner and lacked holder or space for shampoo and soap bottles and towel, I felt springs in bed but rest of family thought they were comfortable, no living room given numerous bedrooms

It is OK for a night

Easy to get, the parking space, very nice host. It was OK to sleep there.

It reminds me old times where I was a student and a young professional with very limited budget. The rooms reminded me a dormitory with 4 beds. We wanted to place 2 people in each room, so additional two beds occupied too much space in the room. The room did not have other furniture. The flat cost less that other places, so in general, it was OK to spend there a night.

It smelled like fresh paint/renovations in the bathroom, which meant we had to constantly keep the door closed and window open.

Ich hab dies hier alles dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, aber keine Antwort erhalten: Es stank in der ganzen Wohnung abartig nach Kanal und Feuchtigkeit, am schlimmsten im Badezimmer. Die Tür ins Badezimmer war nur eine alte, verzogene Schranktür, sie schloss ja nicht richtig mit dem Schieber. Diese alten Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. In dem Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist das Fenster ja in einem richtig schlechten Zustand, es musste ein Handtuch zwischengelegt werden, damit es nicht zieht. Die Dusche war eine Zumutung, alles verdreckt und diese Rutschmatte war total versifft. In der ersten Nacht waren dann die Heizkörper aus, mitten im Winter! Wir schliefen mit dicker Kleidung. Uns allen war kalt, vor allem den Kindern. Die Handtücher wurden über den Tag gar nicht trocken. Länger als zwei Nächte hätten wir es nicht ausgehalten. Unser Plan war, in der Wohnung zu Frühstücken, aber das war uns nicht möglich, uns ist der Appetit vergangen gewesen. Vom schmutzigen Boden bis zur Decke, über die Fenster, den allgemeinen Zustand, wir haben alles fotografiert, was Sie hier Ihren Gästen zumuten. Ganz einfach, ich möchte mein Geld zurück. Wir haben schon oft über Booking gebucht, aber sowas ist uns noch nie passiert. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das im Sinne von Booking ist.

הדירה מסריחה מנפט\סולר פנינו לבעל הבית הוא התנצל ואמר שאין לו מה לעשות בעניין. המקלחון ישן רקוב, המטבחון קטן מאוד. ביקשנו שש מיטות קיבלנו חמש ועוד מזרון ליד פינת האוכל שהייתה צפופה למזלנו זה היה רק ללילה אחד
