    Staffs were very good, helpful and polite nature. They always helped us in different matters , especially for luggages dropped after check out. Though rooms was with small cubicle attached bathroom. Near to Geneva train station. For me the hotel is value for money. Because we 3 person reached Geneva train station at 10 pm and we reached hotel without any difficulties by tram. As I informed my train schedule to hotel and one staff at reception was waiting for us.

    A good value hotel for Geneva. Facilities are basic but the hotel is clean, staff are very helpful and it's only 9 mins walk from the main rail station. You also get a free transport card when you check in which covers you for buses, trams and the yellow lake boats. You can also get a petit dejeuner for chf5 which is great value. You can make your own hot drinks outside of breakfast time. Which I did a couple of times at night. Overall a great 3 night stay.

    The location was quite convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the experience was dampened by an average housekeeping routine -- affecting the comfort of our stay. Facilities were also average.
