Nice location in the mountains, within a short drive of La Spezia

Really nice location in a small village in the mountains; great views and very quiet place. Ideal to hike in the area, and walk to some of the Cinque Terre villages. Very friendly hosts.

The house was a bit small for a family of four.

Superb

The most perfect little rustic house for a lovely 3 night stay. The host family are wonderful and were so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed when it unexpectedly snowed. Obviously the apartment is close to Cinque Terre, which is a bonus, but we would also recommend walking around the local area as the hiking route from Codeglia to Caste and then up to Carpena is also really beautiful, as are the villages/hamlets.

If you are not a very keen hiker, I would recommend taking a bus or getting a lift to La Spezia (as offered by the host) to get the train to CT instead of trying the walk to Riomaggiore, as it's 1.5-2 hours of very steep downhill.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, would absolutely stay again.

The views were gorgeous! The hosts were fantastic, warm and welcoming. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us (6 in total) with enough beds/bedding and pillows for everybody.

Super Häuschen zum Entspannen in der Nähe von La Spezia

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Das kleine Häuschen hat Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung ist top. Sogar Spühlmaschine, Toaster, neuwertige beschichtete Pfannen, Föhn, Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen.... vieles haben wir gar nicht gebraucht. Das Bett ist super bequem und die Decke warm (wir waren im November dort). Die Heizung funktioniert super und in dem Haus war es schnell kuschelig warm. Die Lage ist abseits und ideal zum Entspannen. Es gibt auch einen Tisch und Stühle draußen.

Laut Beschreibung ist die Unterkunft 2km von Ruimaggiore entfernt. Das stimmt auch aber halt Luftlinie. Wir dachten da kommt man abends mal schnell hin, das ist aber nicht so. Erst fährt man auf einer schmalen Straße ein Stück und dann hat man 1.30h Fußweg zu überwinden. Der Rückweg ist dann mit ordentlich Steigung. Zum Wandern ok aber nicht mal auf schnell hin. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr abgelegen. Die Straße ist sehr schmal und in der Umgebung gibt es außer ein paar wenigen Menschen die da leben nichts. Man ist aber relativ zügig mit dem Auto in La Spezia (15min). Der größte Nachteil ist die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz. Wir hatten wirklich Angst um unser Auto. Erst geht es sehr steil hoch dann kommt ein Schotterweg mit sehr tiefen Fahrrinnen und ausgespühlten Löchern. Einmal sind wir mit dem Auto aufgesessen. Dann kommt ein großer Absatz zur Brücke. Diese Auffahrt ist wirklich schrecklich! Leider darf man das Auto wo anders aber nicht parken. Alles andere ist wirklich klasse, aber da sollte dringend was gemacht werden.

Superbe lieu, excellent rapport qualité prix !

Excellent accueil de Monica et Georgio ! La maison a beaucoup de charme, à l’écart de la foule, très bien placée pour visiter les cinque terre et les autres superbes villages de Ligurie.

Le seul bémol était le matelas du canapé lit qui va être prochainement changé. Les enfants y ont quand même bien dormi.

Petit havre de paix

Pour les amoureux de la nature, petit hameau au calme après l'affluence dans les villages des 5 terres. A 15 min du centre de la Spezia sur petite route départementale.

Le canapé lit, il ne faut pas être trop lourd.

Двоякое впечатление: вроде рядом с Чинкве-Терре, но как будто в другом регионе

Проживали 1-4 сентября вшестером (4 взрослых, 2 ребенка). Была заранее выслана подробная инструкция, как доехать до жилья и заселиться, даже с видео. Хотя после просмотра видео задумываешься - а я там проеду?)) Но на стоянке возле дома мы обнаружили туристов из Германии на большом микроавтобусе, и поняли, что им было еще интереснее ехать по той дороге до дома! Есть место для барбекю, территория со столиками и местом для релакса. Большая парковка. Шикарные виды на окрестности. Нету туристов в городке, да и сам городок домов на 10). Есть "собственный" бассейн - на самом деле, это муниципальный бассейн, который просто находится по соседству с домом. Он бесплатный, с фильтром, с горячим душем возле него, но с температурой окружающей среды, то есть градусов 18-20. Но дети купались все три вечера! Из-за особенностей дома, общение с хозяйкой происходило каждый день, хорошо, что она живет недалеко.

Трудная дорога! Если ехать со стороны Специи - то еще более менее, а вот если ехать в сторону Чинкве-Терре - там конечно совсем узко и небезопасно! Последние 200 м до дома - это размытая гравийная дорога с резким подъемом. Температура на 5 градусов ниже, чем на побережье. Ужасная влажность, сырость! Белье не сохнет, сухое белье становится влажным, если лежит просто в доме (не в закрытом чемодане). Комары - особенно достают ночью, поэтому каждый вечер их нужно усердно ловить, но так как стены, пол и шторы темные, это не всегда удается. Старое деревенское жилье: все скрипит, лестница трещит, дверная ручка в комнату просто вырвана, вместо нее - веревочка. Неудобно жить вчетвером и больше: вход в дом со второго этажа, где кухня и спальный проваленный диван, а туалет на первом этаже, и каждый раз, спускаясь, скрип стоит на весь дом (особенно ночью). Нет чайника - особенность апартаментов в Италии. Стиралка оказалось, что работает, если дверь закрыть с силой. Хозяйка не проверяет, что творится в доме после уезда гостей (по ее собственным словам), в результате, когда мы приехали, кружки были битые, не хватало вилок, были другие нюансы. Щели в доме, через которые иногда подглядывали ящерицы)

Joli petite maison en montagne proche 5 terres

Monica est une hôte adorable et qui répond à toutes nos questions avec de très bons conseils! La petite maison est très fonctionnelle bien équipée (mais pas de clim) tout le nécessaire est à notre disposition (liquide vaisselle, lave-vaisselle avec produit, lave-linge avec lessive..) les nuits sont un peu + fraîches puisque la maison est en montagne

La maison est en montagne donc ne rien oublier une fois arrivé, les routes sont étroites, avoir de bon pneus. Prévoir de bons produits anti moustiques ils font un festin de nous! Il y a une piscine mais qui n’est pas accessible dommage

Vacanza perfetta

La casetta è bella e accogliente, in mezzo alla natura, tra le montagne e aria fresca. C'era tutto a disposizione:attrezzi da cucina, lavastoviglia, toster, eccetera. La camera da letto è bella fresca, il letto è comodo e ci sono i cuscini in più a disposizione. Il bagno è pulitissimo. C'è anche un giardino dove è presente l'area berbecue, perfetto per stare insieme all'aperto e godere i villaggi di fronte pieni di luce alla sera! C'è anche un'area per riposarsi sugli sdrai dopo giornate lunghe. Volendo è perfetto per portare con sé anche i propri amici a quattro zampe(come abbiamo fatto noi)! I proprietari sono GENTILISSIMI e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione o problema. Di sicuro torneremo!!!

Un séjour ressourçant et magnifique.

Lieu vraiment atypique dans les montagnes, une vue magnifique et une petite maison avec tout ce qu’il faut, même la chromecast sur la télévision alors que demander de plus…des hôtes gentils et très serviables, Monica nous a donné pleins d’informations sur quoi faire dans la région, quoi manger… en nous donnant tout un tas de plans et d’astuces. Merci à eux c’est vraiment fabuleux.
