We stayed the first week in October and the weather was perfect, warm and sunny 24c-25c. The house is clean and well equipped, and Monica is both very friendly and helpful, with lots of advice on the best places to visit, which proved invaluable , she also speaks very good English, which made things a lot easier. The house has stunning views across the mountains and down into La Spezia, obviously being a mountain dwelling be prepared for a winding narrow access road. We had use of the small garden, with bbq, table and chairs and two sun loungers. The house is ideally located for visiting all the surrounding towns and Cinque Terre, which you can walk to, from the house over the mountains, although younger children might find it a bit of a struggle. I would definitely recommend, and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Monica and Georgio. Best regards Reggie Marilyn and Charlie

Monica and Giorgio were very helpful and welcoming. We were delighted with this stone cottage and rustic wood interior details! We especially enjoyed two floors of living space, with the kitchen and living area above the lower level bedroom and bathroom. We also liked having screened windows which we didn't expect! The kitchen contained all the basic necessities, the wifi was very good, a comfortable bed, good water pressure and we especially appreciated having a washing machine right in the cottage. The cottage is a great value in a peaceful location. It was nice to find some basic pantry items such as dish soap, olive oil, salt and pepper which we would otherwise have had to purchase. Since we were on a 3+ week vacation, we had already bought basic supplies for previous accommodations, such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, tinfoil and trash bags so this wasn't an issue for us. Simply be aware and plan to bring these items with you; alternately, the nearest grocery store in La Spezia is about 15-20 minutes away. We very much enjoyed our stay!

"This property is in a stunning and quiet location, with direct access to footpaths to the famous Cinque Terre. We were there for two weeks in mid winter, and loved every minute, even when it rained! The cottage is detached and self contained, and we were able to light a log fire every night. There is a good combi boiler too, and the kitchen is fitted with Ikea units. The bed settee has a full depth mattress and very comfortable, we used it in preference to the double bed because the living room was warmer! Monica collected us from the station at no extra cost and even took us shopping en route. Giorgio was kindness itself, a lovely family. Highly recommended, we are very likely to return!"

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Anbindung an viele Wanderwege die sehr gut ausgeschildert sind. Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr freundliche Vermieter! Allein die Treppe hatte uns anfangs etwas Angst gemacht mit unserem Kleinkind, aber auch das war nach ein paar Stunden kein Problem mehr.

Ein paar Häuser machen schon das ganze Dorf aus. Alle wurden saniert und passen mit ihren schönen Farben in die Gegend. Ein Paradies für Wanderer und Leute die entspannen wollen. Einziger Kritikpunkt gibt es wegen der Dorfhunde die leider ihre Häufchen in den offenen Gärten hinterlassen. Unser Haus war super eingerichtet schön dekoriert und sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ausstattung und preis-/Leistung stimmten. Der Weg hoch von La Spezia war jedoch etwas beschwerlich da steil und kurvig und eng. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen. Für Kinder und Strandurlaub ist jedoch nicht ideal. Nur wer Strand, Berge mit Natur und schöne Städte gemeinsam genießen möchte findet hier alles.

Idealer Ort für Erholung und Abgeschiedenheit, guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in Stadt und Land !

Einfach, aber mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Waschmaschine im Haus ist sehr gut. Panini für`s Frühstück und auch sonst alles für`s leibliche Wohl ist im 2 Kilometer entfernten San Benedetto zu kaufen. Für Großeinkauf gibt es Supermärkte in La Spezia, das große Einkaufszentrum Le Terazze ist in 15 min. erreichbar. Toller Markt in La Spezia mit frischem Obst, Gemüse, Fisch sowie Käse und Schinken etc.! Im kleinen Garten direkt neben dem Haus lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten, man sollte sich nicht am Besuch von Hunden aus der Nachbarschaft stören. Alle waren friedlich und kamen mit unserem mittelgroßen Hund klar. Ab und zu laufen Gäste des Hotelbetriebes aus der Nachbarschaft durch, auf dem Weg zum hoteleigenen Pool. Wanderungen ab der Haustür sind gut möglich, zu den 5 Terre Orten aber doch einigermaßen anspruchsvoll durch den Höhenunterschied von ca. 850 m, z.Bsp. nach Maranola. Die Vermieter leben vor Ort und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigten sich unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir sind Mitte September angereist und hatten nirgendwo Probleme, sei es mit den Parkplätzen oder auch mit übermäßigen Besucherzahlen, z.Bsp. in Pisa. Das wird in der Hauptsaison wahrscheinlich nicht so entspannt sein. Zum superschönen Strand nach Viareggio fährt man zwar eine knappe Stunde, dafür kann man am scheinbar unendlichen Strand absolut unkompliziert Sonne und Meer genießen, auch der Hund kann frei laufen. Niemand hat`s gestört. Das kenne ich aus der Heimat etwas anders. Geld wird man überall los, Benzinpreise, Maut und Parkgebühren muß man halt einkalkulieren. Essen fand ich vergleichsweise günstig, wenn man sich ein bisschen umsieht bekommt man reichlich Gutes. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht auch mal im Frühjahr.

la casa e il posto bellissimi solo che non mi e' piaciuto trovare una scala estremamente ripida per andare nella camera da letto e al bagno che si trovano al piano inferiore che io non ho potuto fare per il mio peso eccessivo e caviglie doloranti, persino il ns cane ha avuto problemi e l'abbiamo portato dal veterinario perche' si era stirato un tendine il problema e' che non era segnalato da nessuna parte ne' dal proprietario ne' dalle recensioni e la cosa ci ha lasciato molto male ; il giardino non e' recintato ed e' in pendenza , fortunatamente c'era una scala esterna larga e di sasso dove' se pur con prudenza e attenzione, potevo accedere al piano inferiore insomma pur essendo un posto magnifico come panorama e silenzi non era assolutamente quello di cui avevamo bisogno per poterci rilassare gli unici 5 gg di vacanza

Kleines Häuschen mit Charakter und guter Ausstattung, alles genau wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr unkomplizierte und nette Vermieter, alles hat bestens geklappt. Der kleine Ort liegt herrlich ruhig und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Sehr reizvolle Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus zu den Cinque Terre und anderen Zielen möglich. Zu jeder Tageszeit kann man sich im Außenbereich einen Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten aussuchen oder schaffen, je nach Belieben. Das WLAN hat bestens funktioniert. Danke, Monica und Giorgio!

Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben mitten in den Bergen. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen,was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Besonders gut hat uns der Kamin und der tolle Gasherd gefallen. Die Vermieter sind absolut klasse. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Vase mit einer wunderschönen Blumen auf dem Tisch. Bei den ersten Sonnenstrahlen standen zwei Liegestühle für uns bereit. Es stört auch nicht,dass die Einwohner am Haus vorbei laufen,denn dort ist alles sehr unkompliziert. Für uns als Hundeliebhaber war es einfach toll, von den Hunden der Dorfbewohner immer wieder begrüßt zu werden.Wir konnten unseren Hund ohne Bedenken frei laufen lassen, da auch die dort lebenden Vierbeiner freundlichen und unkompliziert waren.Ein schönes,uriges und kleines Dorf mit einer tollen Einwohnern und einer angenehmen Entfernung zu den Cinque Terre

Wir wurden von Giorgio und Monica sehr nett empfangen, da es relativ kalt war bei unserer Ankunft, hatte Giorgio bereits ein Feuer im Kamin gemacht. Monica brachte uns kurz darauf sogar noch selbst gebackenen Apfelkuchen vorbei, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Haus war sehr nett eingerichtet, mit allem was man sich wünscht! Um in Cinque Terre Wandern zu gehen, war für uns die Jahreszeit (Anfang März) perfekt! Man ist auf den Wanderwegen fast alleine und kann die wunderschöne Landschaft genießen :)

Che dire, abbiamo iniziato il nuovo anno in un posto incantevole. La casa e la sua posizione ci hanno offerto quanto cercavamo per passare una settimana con i nostri gatti, in un ambiente fuori dall'usuale per le abitudini quotidiane; sia l'interno con tanto legno a vista, oltre a quello per alimentare il camino ,-) e con particolari veramente gradevoli, che l'intero borgo tra i suoi colori, viottoli e murature in pietra, le cinque terre facilmente raggiungibili, i sentieri nelle immediate vicinanze ci faranno rimpiangere a lungo il rientro. Peccato per la stagione non aver sfruttato il giardino ed il barbaculo ma sarà motivo di tornare più avanti... Perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione dell'annuncio, non può lasciare indifferente chi corrispondendo nei gusti avrà la fortuna di soggiornarvi. Ein schönes Häuschen in toller Ruhiger Lage. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Haus sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Handyempfang ist eher schlecht und WLAN hatten wir auch keins aber das war kein Problem. Tolle Ausflugsziele für Tagestouren in der Umgebung.

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und liegt, wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt, ruhig und in den Bergen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend sind mit dem eigenen Auto in 1/2 bis 1 Stunde erreichbar. (deshalb 3 Punkte). Eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht in der Nähe. Informationsmaterial über die Gegend ist vorhanden. Es befinden sich ein weiteres Ferienhaus und ein Pool in direkter Nähe, beide sind jedoch noch nicht fertig. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft offen, es war nicht erkenntlich gereinigt worden. Ein Ansprechpartner war nicht vor Ort. Föhn und Internet haben wir nicht gefunden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche dagegen schon, die Betten haben wir selbst bezogen.
