Great location, secure parking, the apartment was very spacious and had good amenities. The manager of the property was really easy to communicate with

Very nice inside
The check in is very complicated. Instruction photos don’t match the actual building. Very difficult to find the pedestrian entrance which is on a different red, the photos don’t match.We were checking in guests very early in the morning who had travelled long distance from overseas. Had booked an extra night so we could check in early, had picked up the key day prior. It was pouring raining, couldn’t find then get into building. Key tags didn’t function to move the elevator. Multiple calls and messages to property managers with no response. After 1.5 hours, a kind man from the apartment swiped us into lift and helped us into apartment. The 1st night, lights went out as switchboard kept shorting. Again trying to contact managers who said they would try and get an electrician the following day if possible. This was at 5pm at night so guests have to remain in the cold and dark for a whole night.At checkout, dryer door was jammed so guests couldn’t get belongings out. Had to organise a friend of theirs to go and pick up their things at a later date and post back to their country. Pretty disappointing and stressful experience especially when paying pretty good price for clients. I don’t recommend if you like good responsive customer service

Difficult to get the key, not easy to find access to holding. Lifts went out during stay, no answer when trying to contact for help. Lots of extra details and contact needed prior to staying despite booking through booking.com

Lounge and dinning areas are very spacious for family entertainment. Car park availability for second vehicle only very near.
Rusty small rubbish bin needs to be replaced.

The showers water drainage was very slow could only stay in for a couple of minutes for fear of flooding.. did fill the bath at one time. Took a day to drain.

The location was perfect for downtown Auckland. The apartment was really nice and large and very clean, with comfy beds
Unfortunately at 12md I received an email from Zodiac Hosts to say our booking was canceled, 3 hours before check in. The reason they gave was the place wasn't ready and should not have been advertised. This was incredibly stressful, especially as everything else in central Auckland had no vacancies. Also we were told it could take up to 15 days to receive our nearly $1000 payment. In desperation I rang Zodiac back and said they had to find us somewhere. Sometime later they said we could go into the original apartment we booked. After waiting well past check in time to finally get a key we got in about 5.30pm. The apartment absolutely stinks of cigarettes which was very unpleasant. The shower was over the bath in the ensuite and the drain in the bath took at least 20 minutes to drain which was pretty gross and the next person had to wait before using the shower. This drain also smelt strongly making the ensuite smell foul. As above the location was great, apartment large and clean but I would not use Zodiac again or recommend this apartment due to smell.

Well-located in easy walking distance to Sky City and the central CBD. Very spacious apartment, with comfortable beds. 3 genuine queen sized bedrooms.
Key collection is off-site. Carpark is extremely tight - fortunately we had a small vehicle but would be impossible to park a larger car of SUV in our allocated site. Both showers had drainage issues.
The most irritating thing about this booking was that it was managed by an external agency who added several extra administrative steps to the check in process, including requiring scans of all guests' IDs and credit card to be uploaded through web forms my browser was flagging as insecure. I did not complete the check out form as I got a further security warning on the site from my browser that the site could be attempting to steal my payment information. As a business guest, these additional time-wasting steps were pretty frustrating and it really undermines the convenience and confidence of booking through Booking.com to be redirected to another company site to re-upload info. I would not stay at this apartment again for this reason.

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment. The apartment was perfect.
Being issued with a key that didn't fit the lock. Fortunately we checked before we went out the first night otherwise we would not have had a bed for the night or access to our clothes, etc. Then not receiving a response from any of the three phone numbers we had - onsite manager, booking .com & local contact for 12 hours. I appreciate that this error is unlikely to happen again BUT it did happen to us and it was very inconvenient as we did not want to leave the apartment unlocked.
