Best service ever and great location.

If you want to stay in the center of Auckland, this is the perfect place. There are a lot of great takeaways and restaurants downstairs and if you’re lucky, you’ll be looking up to the sky tower from the balcony! The service we received from the staff was excellent. They are very friendly and very flexible as well. In case you need it, just send them a message and they’ll reply asap and will help you out in case it’s needed. The studio was perfect and clean and the pool and gym was also very nice! 🤩

Great value superb location no on site parking but parking directly opposite the front door

One of the numbers for the key pad didn’t work as well so took quite a few attempts and we’re getting a little frustrated. But once in the room pleasantly surprised Would certainly stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family

Value for money was not awful, but “facilities” on the listing need updating.

Location was great! The room was a good size for the money. Bed was clean and comfortable, room was a bit dated but was no bother.

The facilities listed on Booking.com included air conditioning but the room did not have aircon and was roasting. Our stay was end of November so not too hot time of year, so couldn’t imagine it mid summer. We were also in a room located on the first floor which was super noisy as we had to keep the doors and windows open so we didn’t melt in our sleep. Obviously no fault of the hotels, but there was so much fighting/noise/yelling from the shop down stairs was just a pity we couldn’t close our door to stifle the noise. The room was a bit dated and the shower was a bit dirty around the edges, found someone’s fake eyelashes where it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

We were overcharged by £5 (£200 instead of £195) - nothing to do with the current rate - it details we could use the indoor pool and gym but a note at reception said not - this needs changing - the property has not responded to my contact regarding pool and the overcharge .

Just wow! This was so much more than we expected. Little welcoming touches that made a massive difference. Would stay here again no problems at all. Fabulous for adults.

Great location and value

Wanted some info from the guy behind the counter on the Fri when we checked in. He was watching stuff on his phone and barely acknowledged us. When he did he was rude and grunted a response and wouldn't help. We were in and out several times throughout the day and he never moved. Sat at his desk with his head down, watching his phone. A rude, arrogant individual who should be removed from the role. Gave an otherwise outstanding facility a bad taste and pointless having someone at reception if they are so useless, rude and unhelpful.

What a location! Felt safe as you have to have a key swipe for all doors/ lifts/ gym/ rubbish room No random people will be entering off the streets as I know being in the city can be a concern for some Also $13 day parking in secure facility right across from apartments which is not too expensive

Could have been just a little cleaner in terms of bedding and dishes from previous stay If wanting to use gym on holiday you will need to sign up for local one on casual pass as this one only is treadmill, bike and chest press No free weights in there

Well located with everything you need for a short stay

Great size room, comfy bed, heater, easy check-in and I was able to store my luggage on departure. Extremely well located in Auckland CBD with quick access to the Downtown ferry terminal as well as different bus routes (including the SkyDrive to the airport). Plenty of great restaurants and shops only a few mins walk away. Very clean and modern. Felt cosy. Had a washing machine and a dryer, which was an added bonus. A few sachets of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and Salt and pepper, as well as shampoo and body wash were available. Dishwashing liquid, powder and washing powder were also available.

There were very few utensils available for cooking - a spatula would have been nice as well as a bit of cooking oil.

Great location and good price.

Location was very good. It was right near the Sky Tower and only a short walking distance to Queen St and the Viaduct. The instructions for picking up the door key and entering the building was excellent. Our bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, as my husband required a wheelchair on this trip, the building entry doors were a little difficult to navigate as they had to be held open manually.

Cozy little apartment in the city

Situated right across from the SkyTower with plenty of delicious places to eat in a short walk distance, it is a very budget friendly place to stay. The apartment had almost everything we needed, including our own washing machine and dryer. If we had issues, there was someone we could contact, but it would have been nice if there was someone downstairs that could help resolve things faster instead of waiting for a response but customer service was really good. The pool/sauna area was very beautiful. Good parking outfront for drop off/pickup services.

The instructions regarding how to use the key tag were confusing. It said to use a swipe card, so we were waving the big white card to enter the building when it was the little blue tag that activated EVERYTHING. We didn't know you had to use the "tag" to request the elevator or that you needed to wave the tag to access floor number until we saw another person do it. The hand soap needs to be changed to a new brand as it smells like sulfur. The TV wasn't tested to make sure all options worked before our stay and for it to be fixed we had to wait for back and forth communication when we had booked activities during the day/evening and couldn't give a time for someone to drive into the city and come and replace the whole tv. 1 elevator was out of service for the 4 days we were there and so the other elevator became congested at times, we tried using the stairs and the only door that said exit also said it will sound the alarm and the doors to other floors were locked because of all the other people who come into the building and we didn't want to set the whole building off so we were stuck in the stair way for 2 minutes until we didn't care as we had to get out..not fun. The tiles on the balcony moved and didn't feel safe, so we stuck to the end by the door. Tight squeeze in bathroom with glass shower door opening onto the toilet and laundry cupboard doors. Thought the pool may have been slightly warm but was cold.

Nice, quiet, peaceful

Honestly we were not expecting a spacious little apartment like that and are definitely considering coming back in the future as it was peaceful and our belongings were secure as well as the building itself being secure too!

Someone spewed and the elevator reeked when we came back on Friday night was unpleasant but meh can’t complain honestly just not the best experience haha. Although we kept making bets on which elevator we were gonna get from then on and then we’d wait to see which one was coming.

The central location was great. A big deck and the room was fairly large- good value. It was clean. The swimming pool and Sauna was nice.

The bed was incredibly hard. The shower was awful, bits falling off, TINY space in the shower to actually stand in! It felt awkward that they offered a discount on my next stay only if I scored it a 10... Makes me realise the high star rating is because of this 😬
