The instructions in the email took a bit to process, but once found the right place, everything was easy. Everything else with my stay was above and beyond
No fault with the instructions for accessing the key and apartment. Just an opportunity for me to learn something new, and now I'm more aware for if/ when I book here in the future.

The location, easy check-in/out, enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym.
We did not appreciate the portable heat pump that was not installed correctly and was very noisy.
We were only supplied 2 towels for two people for 3 days/2nights.
We got no sleep because we were kept awake all night with the sound of running water going through pipes in the walls.
