Great location if you’re wanting to access Trust Arena.

It was close to Trust arena. We had an outside deck to ourselves to spread out. The beds were clean and comfortable. The host was pleasant and showed us around, letting us check in early, but english was a second language making it hard to communicate.

It was a shared house with the host and other guest, which I didn’t realise when I booked. It was a very built up area, making it hard to park and manoeuvre around.

Nice room close to supermarket and takeaways would stay there again if something was in the area.

Great location for the trust arena within walking distance. Room was nice and the share area was nice.

Location great for visiting Family in hospital

I needed to stay close to the Waitakere and this place was ideal. Good wi-fi and very hospitable host. Any problems or concerns I had were fixed promptly.

Being in a residential area, some nights were very noisy with children playing outside until late and on one occasion i woke up at 4am because someone was jogging up and down the lane outside my window. None of this was the fault of the owner, and I appreciate it's just normal activity in a residential area...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper.

Comfortable and convenient "home-stay" for anyone with a gig in Henderson.

Peter is an excellent host. Good communication, friendly and respected our privacy. Room was clean and comfortable, and max 15mins walk from our concert at Trusts Arena. Location is $30 Uber ride from Sky Tower.

Location was handy to many amenities and the host was kind and gracious. Centrally located and within easy walking distance to eateries and supermarkets. This is a house with bedrooms for hire, not a regular motel so guests need to be comfortable with this concept of accommodation.

My room faced onto neighbours homes and at times it was a little noisy but not too bad.

Henderson Gem

The place is very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the room had a fan which was nice during the summer heat. The house is fairly new and the shower is great!

The hosts speak English but it can be hard to translate things at times. They are lovely though and try hard and are accommodating. As the house is in a residential area there were dogs barks and kids screaming that we could hear but it wasn't to end of the world

A spare room in someone's house - not what I was expecting.

I did not fully understand that I was staying in a spare room in the owner's house - I was expecting a granny flat or at least some more privacy. My bad, I should of read the details more thoroughly. When it's much cheaper than other options, I should of paid more attention to the details.
