Awesome location, had an easily accessible parking spot, great dining/lounge area and wonderful communication from the host. Smart TV so could access music and tv very easily. Beautiful view outlooking over the city and Eden Park.
The showers did leak (which really didn’t bother us too much), and we couldn’t get the heat pump working.

The house looked amazing. There was 1 car park. Great location near Eden park, great restaurants, local bars and cafes. Train station is within walking distance.
The air con in lounge didn't work andthe car park took a bit of maneuvering to start with. One of the toilets aren't attached to the ground or the wall so can be a bit rocky if you're not prepared for it. Some good blinds or curtains would help block out the train noises.
