Just a short walk to cafes and restaurants and about 30 min walk to Eden park

As my previous review states this is a superb place to stay. Spotlessly clean and the hosts are brilliant. This is the ideal place to stay if one doesnt need to be in the CBD although its only a 15 minute bus ride and the stop is a two minute walk. Cant say enough about this place and will be back in november.
As my comment above there is nothing to dislike.

Quiet central location especially for Eden Park - 40 min walk. Friendly staff and lovely welcoming feel
If you need a car park, please request this.

The house was nice, with a number of enjoyable spaces to sit.
Bed very hard, and the pillows were made up of foam pieces. More of a back packer vibe than we expected. Parking was tight.
