The apartment and facilities were amazing, the warmth of the apartment was great, the pool was so good, easy access to everything around us

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. It was fully stocked with thoughtful essentials, including laundry detergent, shower gel, shampoo, and dishwasher detergent, which made our stay very comfortable. The large balcony was cozy and a great place to relax, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Queen Street, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to the manager and the staff for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, responded quickly to all of our questions, and were always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their excellent communication and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything they did and would happily stay here again!

The location was great, clean and affordable place

I booked 2 apartments and they were on different floors, there was only 1 at of key for each apartment which made it tricky to get to the kids as the elevator will only go to your apartment's floor. Lots of wiggle to visit each other but understand this is a security service.

Location was good and facilities and amenities were good

Pillow and bed not comfortable. TV in wrong location. Was not clean. Not enough cutlery.
