We had to adjust our arrival time and it didn’t seem to be any problem

It was overall a very nice place to stay and it was excellent to have the towels/linens provided.

The shower pressure was really quite bad - and there were no trays/shelves in the showers to put soap/shampoo etc. One shower had a very leaky tap and especially bad shower pressure. The fridge was either broken (and so not cold) or not turned on?? We would also have greatly appreciated a small pint of milk for drinks .This is one thing that never fails to impress travellers -not having to make a specific trip to the supermarket just for a bottle of milk, especially when you don’t know where the shops are. When I went to roll down the blind in the main bedroom - the thing you pull on just came apart. It was very easy to fix - but I shouldn’t have to fix the blind to make it work. The person that said they would meet us with the keys, obviously didn’t want to make the effort/couldn’t be bothered. I had replied to the email with arrival time but was told they didn’t get that - or the text I replied to saying we would be there around 3pm. Felt more like a nuisance than a valued customer.
